What can you do in 40 days?
Meet Nicole, the winner of my 40day Challenge...

- Dropped 6% body fat
- Shed 38cm from her body
How did she do it?
She trained 3-4 times per week with a mixture of weight training and cardio. Ate fresh food, did not cut out ANY food group, and monitored exactly what she put in her mouth.
She works a full time job and has three young boys. She did what she could, when she could and never let herself fall off the wagon if she had a bad meal or missed getting into the gym. She reached out to our 40 day challenge group when she needed a motivation boost, but also provided much inspiration and support to others.
Cant wait to see Nicole's next step in her health and fitness journey, goals are going to be demolished!
