Over 40 days Marina lost 7kg, dropped 4% body fat and lost a total of 38.5cm from her body!
She has been dubbed Super Mum, because she is one of the most loving and dedicated mothers I have met to her three sons, devoted wife, and most positive friend to us all. She makes the most delicious looking meals, fits in her workouts in and out of the gym and always has a radiant smile on her face.
She is the epitomy of livining a healthy and fit lifestyle, and shares it with her family and friends.

How did she do it?
She trained 3-4 times per week with a mixture of weight training and cardio. Ate fresh food, did not cut out ANY food group, and monitored exactly what she put in her mouth.
She works a full time job and has three young boys. She did what she could, when she could and never let herself fall off the wagon if she had a bad meal or missed getting into the gym. She reached out to our 40 day challenge group when she needed a motivation boost, but also provided much inspiration and support to others.
