1/3 cup chia seeds
1 cup coconut milk
1 tsp vanilla
1 scoop protein powder
1 cup berries
½ cup gluten free cereal
Mix together the chia seeds, milk and vanilla.
Place in the microwave and cook for 60 seconds.
Stir through protein powder. Add a little water if necessary.
Divide into two, and top with berries and cereal.
