4 Chicken thigh fillets
½ cup Greek yoghurt
1 tbsp ground cumin
1 tsp tumuric
Juice of half a lemon
Mix together all marinade ingredients, then coat the chicken. Place in the refrigerator of r 30 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Grease an oven proof dish.
Bake in the oven for 30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
Serve with brown rice (post workout) and green veggies.
