2 rye mountain bread wraps
150g Quorn pieces
(freezer section, veggie meat alternative)
1 tbsp Peri Peri Hot sauce
Cook the Quorn as per package instructions.
Spread the avocado on the wraps.
Place the spinach over the avocado.
Add the cooked Quorn, and the hot sauce.
Wrap it up.
