2 Portobello mushrooms
2 slices of cheese
In a frypan melt a tsp coconut oil.
Crack the eggs into the pan, place the mushrooms
and onion in the pan and cook for a few minutes.
Turn over the eggs and mushrooms and cook for
a few more minutes or until cooked as desired.
Place the mushroom on the bottom as the bun,
and layer all your toppings.
