4 rye mountain bread wraps
500g chicken mince
1 tbsp tomato pesto
1 cup grated zucchini, water squeezed out
1 cup cottage cheese
¼ cup grated cheese
1 tsp italian herbs
1 pinch garlic powder
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Line a baking tray with grease proof paper.
Mix together all ingredients except wraps and grated cheese.
Divide the mixture into 4. Place the mixture in a line down the short side of the wrap. Roll up the mountain bread wrap to produce a roll, and place on the baking tray. Repeat for the three other wraps.
Sprinkle the rolls with grated cheese and place in the oven for 20-30 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the chicken is cooked through.
