1 sour dough loaf, sliced
300g lean minced grass fed beef
1 onion, finely sliced
1 tbsp dried mixed herbs
Tasty cheese, finely sliced
To make the burger, mix together the beef, onion, egg and herbs. Divide into tablespoon sized balls and flatten into burgers.
In a frypan, cook the burgers for 3-4 minutes a side, or until cooked to your liking. In the last minute of cooking, place a slice of cheese over the burger and cook until melted.
Place a few spinach leaves on each slice of bread, top with burger, then a small teaspoon of tomato relish.
