500g Greek yoghurt
¼ cup honey, or rice malt syrup
½ cup raspberries
½ cup blueberries
½ cup strawberries, sliced
Line a baking dish with baking paper.
In bowl, mix together the yoghurt and honey. Pour into the lined baking dish and spread evenly.
Sprinkle the berries over the yoghurt and gently press into the mix.
Freeze for approximately 2 hours, or until frozen.
Break into serving small serving sized pieces.
Keep in the freezer in an air tight container.
