2 small apples, diced
¼ cup water
1 tbsp rolled oats
1 tbsp chopped almonds
1 tsp shredded coconut
1 tsp coconut oil
1 tsp honey
Preheat the oven to 200°C. Grease 2 single serve ramekins or small oven dish.
Place the apples in a saucepan, add cinnamon and water. Cook until tender. Spoon onto the bottom of the ramekins or oven dish.
In a small bowl heat the coconut oil and honey in the microwave until melted. Add in the oats, almonds and coconut and mix together. Spread on top of apples.
Bake in the oven for 20 minutes or until golden brown on top.
